General Objective
Measuring and evaluating the efficiency of academic performance in all programs at the university according to specific performance indicators
Mission:
- Preparing the unit's activities plans and following up on their implementation after approval.
- Achieve the principle of credibility and excellence in the measurement and evaluation of the performance of academic programs according to specific indicators.
- Providing consultations and periodic reports on the university's academic performance to high-management
- Conducting internal and external benchmarking of specific performance indicators
- Determine the quality levels of performance of activities and programs implemented by all organizational units in the university.
- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reports on evaluating the outputs of academic programs and evaluating performance, and discussing their results with those concerned.
- Measuring and evaluating the satisfaction level of the beneficiaries with academic courses and programs.
- Measuring and evaluating the outcomes of academic courses and programs
- Preparing and designing various tools, standards, and questionnaires related to evaluating the outputs of academic programs.
- Raising awareness about measurement and evaluation among the university's employees, including students, faculty members, and employees.
- Evaluating and developing the procedures, practices, and means of the applied measurement to measure and evaluate academic performance at the university.
- Preparing evaluative studies that provide information based on evidence to make the right decisions in the university.
- Define the performance indicators for all activities related to the unit; review and develop them consistently.
- Determine the unit's human resource needs and follow up on providing them.
- Determine the training needs of the unit's employees to nominate them for the appropriate training programs.
- Preparing periodic reports on the unit's activities and achievements and suggestions for developing its performance.
- Any other responsibilities assigned to the unit.
