Office manager: Hindi bin Al-Amleh Al-Anzi

 

General objective:

Organising work and supervising all office work and administrative activities that facilitate the office's workflow.

 

Mission:

  • Follow-up and completion of the administrative and financial works of the Office of His Excellency.
  • Supervising editing work, preparing responses and letters, and supervising incoming and outgoing correspondence from the Office of His Excellency, after directing, reviewing and noting them.
  • Preparing, organizing and arranging meetings, contacts and meetings, and setting appointments in coordination with the vice president.
  • Direct supervising, organizing and of the vice president’s confidential correspondence.
  • Receiving auditors, answering inquiries, receiving calls, faxes and e-mails.
