General objective:

Providing support about rules and regulations for academic affairs, supervising study scheduling and exam schedule for all university faculties and distributing them to the classes in coordination with the university faculties.

Mission:

• Developing rules and regulations related to academic affairs.
• Follow up on the implementation of rules and regulations.
• Coordinating with departments to carry out new updates after approving the amendments of regulations and systems.
• Evaluate study schedules for people and tests and identify proposals for improvement.
• Monitoring the progress of tests and dealing with problems.
• Preparing periodic reports on the unit's activities, achievements, and proposals for developing its performance.
• Any other responsibilities assigned to the office.
